• "Platform" refers to the viptaka21 website accessible at https://viptaka21.pro, including all games, betting markets, account tools, and support services provided therein.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the viptaka21 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account held by a Player on the viptaka21 Platform, identified by a unique username and secured by a password.
• "Wallet" refers to the virtual balance maintained within a Player's viptaka21 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's Account under the terms of a specific viptaka21 promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited directly by the Player from their own bank account or mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, etc.).
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including the submission and review of government-issued identification documents (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate).
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal as Real Money Funds.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all scheduling, deadlines, and time-sensitive communications on the viptaka21 Platform.

To be eligible to hold a viptaka21 Account and use the Platform's services, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are the registered owner of the payment method (bKash account, Nagad account, bank account, or other instrument) used to fund your viptaka21 Wallet.
• You are not using the Platform on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate for the purpose of placing bets.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of viptaka21 or any of its affiliated game providers, in a role that could give you material non-public information affecting game outcomes or odds.
• You acknowledge that online gambling carries financial risk and that you are solely responsible for any losses incurred while using the Platform.

viptaka21 reserves the right to request age verification documentation — including a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or birth certificate — at any point during a Player's use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the time frame requested will result in the immediate suspension of the Account pending investigation, and may result in permanent closure without return of funds if underage access is confirmed.

3.1 One Account Per Player

viptaka21 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each individual Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

When registering a viptaka21 Account, you are required to provide complete and accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is prohibited and may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. viptaka21 strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform. You must notify viptaka21 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. viptaka21 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

3.4 KYC Identity Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, viptaka21 requires all Players to complete KYC identity verification. This process involves the submission of one or more of the following documents: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued birth certificate. Document images must be clear, unaltered, and valid at the time of submission. viptaka21 may additionally request proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) or proof of payment method ownership. Processing of KYC submissions is completed within 1–3 business days under standard conditions.

3.5 Account Username and Display Name

Your chosen username must not infringe on any third-party trademark, must not be offensive or discriminatory, and must not impersonate viptaka21 staff, game providers, or other Players. viptaka21 reserves the right to require a username change or to assign a replacement username if the original violates these guidelines.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

viptaka21 currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of deposit. 4.2 Deposit Crediting

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's viptaka21 Wallet within seconds of confirmed payment under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank. viptaka21 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile financial service providers.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible for a withdrawal, a Player must: (a) have completed KYC identity verification in full; (b) have a verified payment method matching the method used for the most recent deposit; (c) have met any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds; and (d) not have any outstanding investigation or security review on their Account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Processing times for verified Accounts are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes; Rocket and Upay withdrawals within 30–60 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals within one (1) to two (2) business days. These are target processing times and may be subject to variation during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or public holidays in Bangladesh (e.g., Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day, Victory Day).

4.5 Withdrawal Limits and Restrictions

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar day. These limits are displayed in the Player's Account settings at the time of withdrawal request. viptaka21 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation (e.g., source of funds verification) for withdrawal requests that materially exceed a Player's historical deposit and wagering pattern. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) due diligence measure.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

viptaka21 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, live casino cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general bonus terms in the event of any conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any derived winnings can be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; any unmet wagering amount and associated Bonus Funds are forfeited upon expiry of the bonus period.

5.3 Game Contribution to Wagering

Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games and crash games (including Aviator) typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

viptaka21 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using low-risk or hedged betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploiting technical errors or misconfigured promotional parameters. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds and any derived winnings voided, and their Account may be permanently closed.

5.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

viptaka21 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are not transferable between Players and have no cash value independent of their stated conditions. viptaka21 is not responsible for any loss of anticipated value if a promotion is withdrawn before a Player has had the opportunity to claim it.

6.1 Third-Party Game Providers

The games available on viptaka21 are supplied by independent third-party providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider is responsible for the operation and integrity of its own games. The rules applicable to each game are those defined by the relevant game provider and displayed within the game interface itself. In the event of a technical malfunction or disputed outcome, the game provider's records and adjudication take precedence.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All casino games featuring outcomes determined by chance — including slots, virtual table games, crash games, and RNG-based card games — use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and audited for statistical randomness and fairness. viptaka21 does not have the ability to influence individual game outcomes. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled at the Player's request except in circumstances where viptaka21 determines that an obvious pricing error occurred at the time of acceptance. Results are determined by the outcome of the relevant sporting event as reported by the official governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL fixtures). In-play betting markets may be suspended during periods of match interruption, loss of live data feed, or umpire review. Void bets are returned to the Player's Wallet as Real Money Funds.

6.5 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction that disrupts a game session before a valid result has been recorded, viptaka21 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its pre-error state and process the outcome based on available records. Where this is not technically possible, the affected wager may be voided and returned to the Player's Wallet. viptaka21 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connection failures, device failures, or third-party software issues on the Player's end during a game session.

• Money Laundering: Using the viptaka21 Platform for any purpose connected to the laundering of proceeds of crime, including making deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity for the purpose of moving funds.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents during KYC verification, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting any material fact in relation to your Account or transactions.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including pre-arranged outcomes in poker or live game formats.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting a software bug, pricing error, or technical misconfiguration to generate profit in a manner not consistent with normal gameplay.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an advantage over other Players or the Platform itself.
• Account Sharing: Allowing a third party to access or operate your viptaka21 Account, or operating an account on behalf of someone else.
• Harassment: Using any Platform communication channel to harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other Players or viptaka21 staff members.
• Chargeback Abuse: Filing a payment chargeback or reversal request with a payment provider after placing bets on the Platform, or using chargeback mechanisms to reclaim losses already incurred through legitimate gameplay.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Any Player wishing to close their viptaka21 Account may do so at any time by contacting the support team at the email address provided in the footer of this page. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with normal withdrawal procedures. Any Real Money Funds remaining in the Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after applicable checks are completed. Bonus Funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements are forfeited upon Account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary cool-off period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 90 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account is locked and cannot be accessed, reactivated, or bypassed by opening a new Account. 8.3 Suspension or Closure by viptaka21

viptaka21 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account — with or without prior notice — if: (a) the Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) viptaka21 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform; (c) the Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; (d) the Player is found to be under 18 years of age; or (e) viptaka21 receives a legally binding instruction from a competent authority requiring the Account to be closed or funds to be held.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. viptaka21 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder via their registered email address and mobile number before applying a dormancy status. Dormant Accounts with a Real Money Funds balance may be subject to a monthly administrative fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by completing a fresh login and identity verification step.

8.5 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of a viptaka21 Account — whether voluntary, by self-exclusion, or by viptaka21 — the Player's access to the Platform is terminated. Transaction records and account data are retained by viptaka21 for a period of at least five (5) years in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering record-keeping obligations. These records are not accessible to the Player following closure but may be disclosed to competent legal or regulatory authorities upon a valid request.

8.6 Amendments to These Terms

viptaka21 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. 8.7 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and viptaka21 arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through viptaka21's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, the matter may be escalated through appropriate legal channels. viptaka21's decisions on matters of platform operation, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility are final and binding unless overturned through a valid formal dispute process.

8.8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, viptaka21's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. viptaka21 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or reputational harm.
